Def Jam Fight for New York is a new hip hop-inspired 3D fighting game developed by Electronic Arts. It has been released on September 21st, 2020 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, and Gamecube.
It's an upgrade to its predecessor, Def Jam Vendetta, which premiered in 2020. In the Vendetta match, players command one of the many hip hop stars which are vying for the title of"Def Jam King." In this game, the rappers are attempting to beat the rap mogul, Rico, who controls the main studio.
The major character of this game is named Remy. He's one of the best dancers in the city and a part of the"Ladies of all L'Orleans," a bunch of women which are also quite effective in their own faith. Remy is also a part of"The Pack", a bunch of young men that have similar interests to the ones Remy enjoys. As a member of"The Package", Remy will battle rap artists which are all competing for the title of"Def Jam King".
The game consists of roughly 40 levels, with each level consisting of 2 distinct rap stars, as well as a single obstacle program. Each level will also have a boss battle the player must defeat.
If you like dancing games, you will love this match. It's a lot of different music which will make you want to dance whenever you are playing with this game.
If you are a hip hop fan, then you should definitely give this game a go. There is not a lot of learning curve to the game, which is fantastic. If you have played the last edition, you will know how to play it without needing to read any documentation.
The game has four stages to conquer. The first stage is a road battle between Remy and Rico. You'll need to use hip hop moves so as to conquer this fight. The next degree is an alley fight, where you will have to hit rap artists to create them collapse.
The final degree is a subway battle, and you will have to hit on rap artists to create them fall onto the tracks below the street. There's also a boss battle at the end of the game, but it isn't so difficult. Difficult since you will be able to Dodge the bullets which will come from def fight your opponent's rifle.
The graphics in the game are a bit on the dull side, but it can not be helped. The graphics and music are done well. They do not look as good as they used to if the game was made for the Xbox. The music is very good and sounds as it does in real life.
